Packaging Machine Operator - Night Shift

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s food manufacturing plant in Regency Park as a Packaging Machine Operator on the night shift. You will be responsible for keeping production flowing smoothly while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and maintain a continuous flow of product.
• Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and related equipment.
• Manage production lines, calibrate equipment and monitor performance.
• Prepare and complete accurate production records.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping and routine maintenance.
• Carry out quality assurance checks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience with automated machinery, palletising and robot operation in a food manufacturing environment.
• Mechanically minded with a high aptitude for operating automated equipment.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.
• Flexible, energetic approach to ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time while maintaining safe work techniques.
