Operator – Dozer, Excavator, Loader, Grader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced heavy‑equipment operator to join our civil earthworks team on mining and exploration projects. You will work on steep‑terrain sites, operating a range of Cat machines to prepare and maintain drill pads and access tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a D9 Cat Dozer on steep terrain to clear and prepare drill pads.
• Run a 336 Cat Excavator for construction and rehabilitation of drill pads in challenging slopes.
• Use a 962M Loader as needed to support daily earth‑moving tasks.
• Drive a 150M Grader to perform maintenance grading on exploration tracks.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards on all site activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating dozers, excavators and loaders in steep‑terrain environments.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and delivering quality outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a site‑based, physically demanding setting.
