Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator will support daily operational activities for MOVUS Australia’s industrial AI solutions. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent postgraduate candidates who are analytical, proactive and eager to work in a fast‑growing technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory, stock availability and dispatch of hardware and sensors.
• Support logistics, shipment tracking and vendor communication.
• Assist with procurement planning, demand forecasting and operational reporting.
• Maintain operational trackers, documentation and inventory records.
• Liaise with engineering, customer success and field teams to ensure smooth operational support.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and day‑to‑day business operations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering Management, Logistics or an MBA with a focus on Operations/Supply Chain.
• 0–2 years of experience; internships or part‑time roles in operations, logistics, warehouse, procurement or supply chain are advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
