About the role
We are looking for an Office Services Coordinator to manage front‑of‑house operations and ensure a premium workplace experience. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while supporting multiple business units with seamless administrative services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, answer and direct calls, and provide hospitality to visitors.
- Coordinate office space, car‑park bookings, and meeting‑room presentation standards.
- Handle inbox triage, data entry, filing, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Organise event and meeting logistics, including calendar management, catering, and room reservations.
- Process financial tasks within delegated authority, ensuring accurate and compliant invoicing.
- Continuously improve workflows by updating processes and adopting best practices.
