National Account Manager

About the role

National Account Manager – Beauty Brands. Australian Beauty Connections is a fast‑moving distributor of globally loved beauty brands. In this senior commercial role you will own key retail relationships and drive commercial outcomes across major accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of six major retail accounts – Priceline, Atomica, Kmart, Target, Big W and Amazon.
• Coordinate new brand and product launches across all retail partners.
• Handle ranging submissions, portal management, replenishment and promotional planning.
• Prepare weekly sales summaries for Directors, translating data into risks, opportunities and actions.
• Lead and develop a Sales & Marketing Assistant.
• Conduct store visits and ensure in‑store brand standards compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience in account management, wholesale or retail partnerships, preferably in beauty, FMCG or consumer goods.
• Hands‑on experience with mass‑market (Kmart, Target, Big W) and specialty (Priceline) retail accounts.
• Experience managing Amazon listings, performance metrics and promotions.
• Proven track record launching new products across multiple retail partners.
• Experience supervising a direct report with strong coaching and communication skills.
• Commercially sharp – able to turn numbers into actionable insights.
• Highly organised, solutions‑focused and self‑directed.

Required skills

• Amazon Seller Central management.
• Retail portal systems and ranging tools.
