National Account Manager – Coles

About the role
We are seeking a driven National Account Manager to own the Coles partnership for EHPLabs. In this high‑impact position you will be at the centre of our sales function, responsible for delivering the short‑term budget, promotional plan and execution strategy for one of our key retail partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the short‑term business strategy and budget for the Coles account.
- Lead a joint business plan with the Coles category team to achieve volume, GSV, NSV and market‑share targets.
- Partner with the customer category team to optimise promotional and activation plans in stores.
- Analyse sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and inform proactive plans.
- Own demand‑planning routines and align supply‑chain processes with the customer.
- Review marketing initiatives and trade‑spend to ensure a positive ROI.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing on reporting, sales accounting and range reviews.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 3‑5 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Google Suite.
- Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools.
