About the role
We are seeking a Mobile Receptionist to provide a professional first point of contact across multiple Provide sites in Mid‑Essex. Working on a part‑time basis (22.5 hours per week), you will welcome clients, visitors and staff in person and by phone, ensuring a courteous and efficient service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for all clients, visitors and staff entering clinics or departments.
- Record client arrivals and update contact details using the SystmOne system.
- Assist clinicians with administrative tasks, including scanning documents onto SystmOne and managing patient records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute items to staff, and prepare internal post for collection.
- Issue hearing‑aid batteries and ensure security of premises at the end of the day.
- Log maintenance requests through Provide Estates & Facilities for minor repairs.
Required profile
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for travelling between sites).
- Excellent communication skills, both face‑to‑face and telephone.
- Ability to work independently and follow administrative procedures accurately.
- Attention to detail when handling records, mail and security protocols.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the SystmOne clinical information system.
