About the role
Attentive is seeking a results‑driven Mid‑Market Account Executive to join its international sales team in Australia. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals with mid‑market companies across a range of industries.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage target customers at the C‑suite, VP, and Director level in mid‑market organisations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to shape market positioning and relay product feedback.
- Partner with inside sales representatives to schedule and prepare for new‑business meetings.
- Present and close new business opportunities through industry events, virtual meetings, and conferences.
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring delivery against metrics and accurate forecasting.
- Work with the SDR team to generate and qualify leads.
- Maintain clean, up‑to‑date customer data in Salesforce.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of experience in a quota‑carrying sales role.
- Background in B2B MarTech SaaS sales.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with references available.
- Experience managing the sales cycle using Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM.
- Hard‑working, persistent, and able to deliver strong results.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to work from the Sydney office two days per week.
