Maintenance Engineer – Reliability & Data Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer / Reliability Engineer to support maintenance and reliability initiatives across our Perth and Brisbane sites. The role focuses on leveraging data‑driven insights, predictive tools and automation to boost asset performance, uptime and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve asset reliability using predictive analytics and condition‑based maintenance practices.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards and flows in XMPro (or similar tools) for real‑time monitoring and decision support.
• Perform reliability analysis, including failure trends, root‑cause investigations and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Support maintenance planning, incident analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and IT teams to implement data‑driven maintenance strategies.
• Work with Python scripts for configuration and integration of operational systems.

Required profile

• Experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within industrial or asset‑heavy environments.
• Hands‑on experience with XMPro or a comparable predictive analytics / IoT platform.
• Understanding of asset performance, failure analysis and maintenance strategies.

Required skills

• Python scripting for data analysis and automation.
• XMPro (or similar predictive analytics / IoT platform).
