About the role
We are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager to join ManageEngine's sales team in Sydney. You will drive new business and expand existing relationships for our enterprise IT and SaaS solutions across the ANZ market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential accounts.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within industry verticals.
- Achieve new customer acquisition targets while expanding and retaining existing accounts.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Support the inside sales team and lead client and prospect meetings as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities and a keen understanding of customer needs.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within SaaS or enterprise IT.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing a business.
- Experience operating in the ANZ market and willingness to travel.
- Self‑starter with a passion for learning new technologies.
