Junior‑Mid Level Commercial Lawyer – Brisbane

About the role

We are seeking a junior‑mid level lawyer to join a boutique Brisbane law firm. You will work directly with the principals on a variety of commercial matters, gaining hands‑on experience across advisory, transactional and dispute resolution work.

Key responsibilities

• Assist principals on commercial transactions, advisory projects and litigation matters.
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with business and private clients.
• Provide practical, commercially‑focused legal advice across multiple practice areas.
• Support the preparation of documents, pleadings and case strategy.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years post‑admission experience (or recent law graduate with relevant pre‑admission experience).
• Background in litigation, commercial, property or general practice with a strong interest in commercial disputes.
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and enjoy a varied workload.
