IT Support Analyst – Level 2 Technical Support

About the role

SRG Global is looking for a motivated IT Support Analyst to join its internal technology team in Perth. You will provide Level 2 technical assistance, resolve complex issues, and help maintain secure, scalable IT solutions for a national business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 support and manage escalations from the helpdesk.
• Act as the primary escalation point for hardware, software, system and network problems.
• Provide timely troubleshooting to minimise business disruption.
• Support users across multiple offices primarily via remote assistance, with regular on‑site visits in Perth.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records, technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
• Participate in broader technical projects within a modern Microsoft environment.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Qualification or certification in IT, systems or a related field (desirable).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
