IT Desktop Support Engineer (L2 EUC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced L2 EUC/Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Torbanlea, Queensland. The role involves delivering on‑site and remote technical support for end‑users across a range of hardware, software and networking environments.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10/11 operating system, hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, webcams, headsets and other peripherals.
• Provide on‑site and remote support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
• Perform Active Directory and Azure AD tasks such as password resets, account unlocks and group management.
• Diagnose LAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN connectivity problems and support basic network troubleshooting.
• Support AV and meeting‑room equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Log and manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate asset management, hardware replacements and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in EUC/Desktop support (L2 level).
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking issues.
• Experience delivering both on‑site and remote support.
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based ticketing processes.
