Insights Analyst

About the role

BIG is looking for an Insights Analyst to turn high‑volume field data into actionable business intelligence for leading FMCG brands. You will design dashboards, generate reports, and provide recommendations that improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and automate daily and weekly business reports and Tableau dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver proactive, evidence‑based insights on field force activity, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Create visual aids to support account teams and senior management decision‑making.
• Identify process issues, propose solutions, and manage technical delivery projects to completion.
• Support day‑to‑day account operations, including point‑of‑sale and resource allocation data handling.
• Monitor KPI performance and communicate quarterly targets to ensure results are on track.
• Coach and train junior analysts on data and insight generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience analysing high‑volume, field‑based data with changing daily variables.
• Strong ability to translate customer objectives into clear, data‑driven analysis and reporting.
• Excellent storytelling skills to convey insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Tableau – advanced dashboard and report development.
• SQL – advanced querying, transformation, and cleansing of large data sets in a cloud‑based warehouse.
