Ingeniero DevOps Senior – Sector Financiero/Bancario

About the role

Devsu is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a leading bank in the region. You will drive automation, continuous improvement, and the creation of secure, scalable platforms that support critical banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, and production environments on cloud and on‑premise.
• Provide training, support, and incident resolution for agile development teams.
• Guide teams on the use of approved cloud/on‑premise components (VMs, OS versions, container services, serverless, etc.).
• Recommend deployment tools, best practices, and security‑aligned configurations.
• Assist with ITIL‑based change management for environment and service modifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for environment provisioning and cloud/on‑premise deployments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and processes.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Linux system administration skills.
• Experience deploying and operating applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Containerization expertise (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Excellent learning ability.
