Infrastructure Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our enterprise infrastructure. The role will focus on ensuring high availability, security and regulatory compliance across all core systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and design assurance for infrastructure and system uplift initiatives aligned with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement and maintain high‑availability, backup/recovery and disaster‑recovery solutions for mission‑critical systems.
• Embed security‑by‑design principles, including access controls, vulnerability management, monitoring and governance compliance.
• Manage technical risks, issues and dependencies across complex infrastructure environments.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure operational readiness for new services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and report on infrastructure performance, risk and compliance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience with Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage (SAN/NAS) and identity & access management.
• Strong understanding of network services, high availability and operational resilience.
• Experience applying security‑by‑design and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
