HR Coordinator – Temp to Perm – Penrith (Hybrid)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established construction and infrastructure organisation to hire an experienced HR Coordinator on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This hands‑on role supports HR operations in a fast‑paced, operational environment while offering the stability of a longer‑term position.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes across onboarding, contracts, variations and off‑boarding.
• Manage HR inboxes and respond to employee and manager queries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support recruitment coordination and conduct pre‑employment checks.
• Assist with HR reporting, compliance and documentation.
• Provide general support to the People & Culture team as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR support role.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or a similar operational industry.
• Comfortable supporting both site‑based and office‑based stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Available to start immediately or at short notice.
