Hotel & Motel Manager (Couple) – Regional NSW

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated couple to lead the operations of a hotel and motel in a regional area of New South Wales. This full‑time, on‑site position involves overseeing daily guest services, front‑desk activities, and overall property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day hotel and motel operations, ensuring high standards of service.
• Supervise front‑desk staff, handle reservations, check‑ins, and guest communications.
• Develop and control budgets, monitor costs, and drive financial performance.
• Oversee food and beverage outlets, including restaurant or bar management.
• Implement sales initiatives to maximise revenue and promote property offerings.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hospitality regulations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven ability to enhance guest experiences.
• Leadership and organisational skills capable of running multiple departments as a team.
• Experience in hospitality management or a similar role is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a couple to ensure smooth operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
