About the role

ANZ is seeking a Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its Southwest Sydney branch network. This full‑time permanent position supports customers in saving for, purchasing and owning their home or investment property while contributing to ANZ’s growth in the Australian lending market.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with local customers and guide them through the home loan journey.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Support customers to save for, buy and own residential or investment properties.
• Develop personal lending capability through training and coaching.
• Contribute to branch growth targets and market awareness initiatives.
