Home & Investment Lending Executive – Rouse Hill

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Home & Investment Lending Executive to join its Rouse Hill branch. In this full‑time permanent position you will guide customers through the home‑loan journey, helping them save for, purchase and own their residential or investment property.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and referral partners.
• Coach clients through the mortgage application process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet lending targets by generating new business and converting leads provided through ANZ’s marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Continuously develop personal lending capability through training and coaching programmes.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of the local property market in Rouse Hill and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
