Home & Investment Lending Executive – Gold Coast & Northern NSW

About the role

The Home & Investment Lending Executive will work across ANZ branches on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, guiding customers through the home‑loan journey and delivering a superior experience. You will leverage local market knowledge to build strong relationships, coach borrowers, and actively source new business in a self‑driven manner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential and investment borrowers.
• Coach customers through the end‑to‑end home loan process, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Self‑source loan opportunities, similar to mobile lending models.
• Meet growth and performance targets set by the Home & Investment Lending division.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve turnaround times and service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training and capability coaching to enhance lending expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or investment lending.
• Strong understanding of the Gold Coast and Northern NSW property markets.
• Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
