Head of Community & Content

About the role

TRAiDMIN is an AI‑powered quoting platform for trades and construction businesses. We are looking for a dynamic Head of Community & Content to become the face of our brand, build authentic relationships with tradies, and create compelling content that showcases how our solution saves time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with tradies, wholesalers, suppliers and industry partners.
• Represent TRAiDMIN at trade events, supplier nights, industry functions and customer visits.
• Recruit, onboard and gather feedback from early customers and pilot groups.
• Film, edit and publish video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, including customer stories, product demos and event coverage.
• Manage and grow TRAiDMIN’s social media channels, identifying trends and creating engaging, educational content.
• Shape the brand voice, ensuring all communications feel authentic and relatable.
• Occasionally appear on‑camera as presenter or interviewer.

Required profile

• Strong social media and content creation experience.
• Comfortable filming, editing and publishing content independently.
• Excellent storytelling and public‑speaking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
