About the role

Robert Bird Group (RBG) is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Structural Engineers to join its Perth structures and construction engineering team. This role offers exposure to complex projects across Australia and a pathway to develop a long‑term career in structural engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other technical documents.
• Partner with supportive colleagues through a buddy system.
• Access a range of industry events and networking opportunities.
• Participate in a large and diverse community of graduates across ANZ.

Required profile

• Graduates in their final year or within two years of graduation.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to effectively manage time and workload.
• Developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles.
