About the role

Join Aurecon’s Graduate Program as a Project Management Consultant in Townsville. You will work on live client projects, applying analytical thinking while developing your consulting skills alongside multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in real‑world projects, delivering project management support to clients.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and advisors across diverse disciplines.
• Engage in workshops and self‑paced learning to grow technical and professional capabilities.
• Contribute to problem‑solving activities and analytical tasks on client assignments.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Surveying, or Town and Urban Planning (completed or near completion).
• Available to start full‑time in early February 2027.
• Australian citizenship.
• Motivation to develop consulting and professional skills.
