Global Supply Manager, Energy Logistics, APAC

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated logistics professional to lead procurement for energy logistics across eight APAC markets, with the scope expanding as the business grows. Based in Sydney, the Global Supply Manager will own the end‑to‑end sourcing process for finished‑goods, spare parts and service logistics, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creation and management of RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, securing commercial terms and documented agreements.
• Negotiate and administer NDAs, Statements of Work and Master Purchase Agreements before project kickoff.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for vehicle transport, warehousing, customs and service‑parts logistics to achieve best‑in‑class pricing.
• Maintain global transportation and ancillary service contracts, driving cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics and dispute resolution across the supply base.
• Analyse spend data, consolidate purchasing across markets and identify high‑potential new suppliers.
• Lead cross‑functional purchasing activities with Finance, Energy Distribution, Logistics Operations, Trade and Engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record in logistics procurement for large, multi‑market organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and cost‑avoidance programs.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Knowledge of dangerous‑goods regulations, particularly lithium‑battery handling.
