About the role

FedEx is seeking reliable courier drivers for its Townsville hub at Mount St. John. The position offers stable, full‑time weekday shifts with no weekend work, allowing you to focus on delivering parcels safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a company‑provided vehicle to pick up and deliver parcels across the assigned area.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and follow routing instructions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide courteous, customer‑focused service during each interaction.
• Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies promptly.

Required profile

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Valid Medium Rigid driver’s licence with a clean driving history (no more than 6 demerit points in the past three years).
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening, driving assessment, criminal history check, and fitness evaluation.
• Positive attitude and a strong customer‑service mindset.
