About the role
We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations on a full‑time basis. This remote position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a direct impact on the efficiency of our business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Conduct research and compile data as required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to boost team productivity.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
- Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
