The Food and Beverage Attendant – Banquets joins Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour’s Banquets team, delivering five‑star service for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large conferences. You will ensure every aspect of food and beverage service is executed with precision, elegance, and the signature French hospitality that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, and service stations according to event specifications.
• Serve plated meals, buffet stations, and cocktail functions with attention to detail and timing.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to service requests, and maintain a polished appearance throughout events.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event staff to ensure seamless coordination and high‑quality presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
