Field Service Technician

About the role

Komatsu Australia is seeking a Field Service Technician to join its Perth Service Department. You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing Komatsu construction equipment, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning inspections, complimentary servicing, and machine servicing on Komatsu equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while working alongside the Field Service team.
• Provide OEM servicing and high‑quality maintenance solutions.
• Travel to remote sites as required and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• Mobile plant trade certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction and utility mobile plant.
• Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously.
• Commitment to safety and capacity to work in remote areas.
• HR licence.
