About the role
Love coffee, people and festive energy? Join the Adelaide Nespresso boutique as a Festive Casual Sales Assistant and help create memorable customer moments during the busiest season. The role runs from early November 2026 to the end of January 2027 with flexible weekday, weekend and public‑holiday shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver warm, premium customer service to boutique visitors.
- Assist customers in selecting coffees, machines and gift items.
- Share product knowledge confidently and accurately.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual standards and cleanliness.
- Support the team in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
Required profile
- Availability for the full November‑January period.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service.
- Warm, engaging approach to customers.
- Reliability, flexibility and positive team energy.
