Executive Director, International

About the role

The Executive Director, International will join NCR Voyix’s global legal team, providing comprehensive legal support across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and South‑East Asia. The role covers a wide range of matters, from commercial contracts to corporate governance, and works closely with senior management and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior management, sales, HR, procurement and field services on legal issues across the region.
• Review and negotiate large IT sales, services, licensing, SaaS and outsourcing agreements.
• Support integration of new legal entities in South‑East Asia and drive transactional closures.
• Coordinate and advise on disputes and litigation, including employment and commercial matters.
• Provide counsel on M&A, divestitures, restructuring, corporate secretarial duties and competition law.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to global law department initiatives, template development and best‑practice projects.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in commercial law and transactional work, particularly software licensing, cloud services and intellectual property.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts with major customers and partners.
• Strong knowledge of privacy, data security and regulatory compliance.
• Experience advising on employment law, corporate governance and M&A activities.
• Ability to provide proactive, business‑oriented legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.
