Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO at CreditorWatch is a senior, high‑trust position that acts as a true business partner to the CEO. Working from our Sydney CBD office, you will ensure the CEO can focus on the most impactful initiatives while you bring structure, clarity and momentum to key priorities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities and communications to maximise efficiency.
• Prepare executive briefings, board packs and other critical business documentation.
• Coordinate executive and board meetings, including agendas, minutes and action‑tracking.
• Drive coordination and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
• Track actions, escalations and outcomes to ensure delivery and accountability.
• Provide structure and clarity to complex or fast‑moving business priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting C‑level executives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a high degree of discretion.
• Ability to manage ambiguous projects and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with board governance processes and executive reporting.
• Senior‑level mindset with a focus on delivering results.
