Enrolment Coordinator (Part‑time)

About the role

St Aloysius’ College is looking for a professional, highly organised Enrolment Coordinator to support the Head of Enrolments. This part‑time role (0.8 FTE) will help guide prospective families through the enrolment journey, from first enquiry to student orientation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage initial enquiries and maintain accurate student and family records.
• Coordinate enrolment events, school tours and orientation sessions.
• Assist with communications and engagement initiatives to promote the College’s mission and values.
• Support the Head of Enrolments in day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and Catholic independent school ethos.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a customer‑focused approach.
• Understanding of school operations and alignment with Catholic education values.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
