Disputes/Litigation Lawyer (1-3 years PAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Disputes/Litigation Lawyer with 1‑3 years of post‑admission experience to join our growing team in Perth CBD. The successful candidate will work full‑time within a leading property law firm, supporting a range of civil dispute and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and assist with civil disputes and litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions and other court documents.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and court officials.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Principal and Special Counsel on case strategy.
• Provide support on property law and commercial litigation matters where applicable.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 1‑3 years post‑admission experience (PAE).
• Strong interest in civil disputes, property law and commercial litigation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Legal research and case management.
• Drafting of court documents and pleadings.
