About the role

The Director of Sales & Marketing will be the public face of 25hours Hotel The Olympia in Sydney, shaping the brand’s voice and driving revenue through innovative marketing and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute dynamic marketing campaigns that highlight the hotel’s unique experience across social media, print, events and other channels.
• Lead the brand storytelling effort, ensuring the hotel’s values, personality and mission are consistently communicated.
• Manage the P&L, translating strategic actions into measurable financial results.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners, influencers, artists, food & beverage suppliers and local creatives to generate buzz and unique guest experiences.
• Represent the hotel at global travel exhibitions, showcasing its edgy appeal to domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Australian experience, preferably in Sydney, within a lifestyle or premium hotel brand.
• Deep understanding of MICE, OTA, tour operators and both international and domestic source markets.
• Proven track record in brand marketing for hospitality or creative industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead bold, innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to inspire cross‑functional teams.
