Part‑Time Guest Service Agent – Front Office

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Holiday Inn Perth City Centre as a Part‑Time Guest Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm welcomes and ensuring memorable stays for both business and leisure travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly Holiday Inn smile and manage check‑in/check‑out processes efficiently.
• Recognise IHG One Rewards members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
• Handle reservations, payments and billing inquiries accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide tailored recommendations and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide valet parking services, ensuring safe driving and checking vehicles for damage.
• Lift, push or pull objects up to 23 kg, including occasional bending and kneeling.

Required profile

• Previous front‑office or reception experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions.
• Current police clearance (≤ 6 months) and a full Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Opera PMS (or similar property management systems).
• Basic computer literacy, reading, writing and numeracy.
