Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

As a Cyber Security Analyst at Darktrace you will protect customers’ digital environments by analysing alerts, network traffic and emerging threats. You will translate technical findings into clear reports and help clients optimise the Darktrace platform.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate alerts and network traffic using the Darktrace platform and supporting tools.
• Draft clear, technical reports for customers outlining identified threats and recommended actions.
• Assist in risk assessments and implement basic security measures.
• Identify emerging threat trends and analyse campaigns across customer environments.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat with concise, accurate information.
• Collaborate with team members to share strategies and best practices.
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing, including technical blog posts.
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends and developments.
• Support customers in adopting and optimising the Darktrace platform through consultancy efforts.
• Maintain strict standards for data security and confidentiality.
