Cyber Security Analyst – Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst who will act as a Technical Project Specialist (Business Analyst) to analyse, document and translate business and technical requirements for cybersecurity initiatives. The role works closely with security engineering teams, product owners and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory, risk and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document cybersecurity requirements and translate them into actionable project specifications.
• Collaborate with security engineering, product owners and stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise risk frameworks.
• Support Agile delivery of security programs, facilitating workshops, test design and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive change management and stakeholder communication, including senior leadership engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in ICT, telecommunications or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in cybersecurity and security engineering project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Business Analysis or similar frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise PMO frameworks and governance standards.

• SIEM and security event detection/automation tools.
