About the role

Join our Brisbane CBD team as a Customer Re‑engagement Agent, reconnecting with warm leads who have previously shown interest in our financial services. This entry‑level position offers a supportive environment, paid training, and the chance to earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 200 outbound calls per day, focusing on quality, value‑driven conversations.
• Use provided scripts and personal charisma to handle objections and re‑ignite interest.
• Qualify leads and transfer warm prospects to the specialist broker team.
• Meet performance benchmarks and participate in coaching sessions to improve results.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and resilience, with experience in customer‑facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or fundraising (sales experience optional).
• Confidence to ask for a sale and ability to communicate advice clearly.
• Target‑driven mindset and motivation to exceed KPIs.
