About the role

As a Customer Onboarding Consultant at Paywise, you will be the first point of contact for new members, ensuring they are set up quickly, accurately and confidently. You will own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, from application review to activation, delivering a positive first impression of the brand in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Process and assess new member applications, verifying accuracy, completeness and compliance before activation.
  • Manage a high‑volume workload while consistently meeting service level agreements and performance targets.
  • Engage directly with customers to guide them through the onboarding steps, answer queries and provide clear, supportive communication.
  • Deliver timely updates to minimise repeat contacts and ensure customers understand next steps, product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex onboarding issues, identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

  • Detail‑driven and highly organised with a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly to customers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and handling large volumes of requests.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities to highlight product value.

  • Ability to work with onboarding or CRM platforms (general).
