Sales Assistant

About the role

Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd., a global leader in renewable energy solutions, is looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support its commercial team. You will help manage customer relationships, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth execution of sales projects across the solar, wind and energy storage sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in handling client accounts, preparing quotations and following up on leads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
• Coordinate order processing, documentation and logistics to guarantee timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, finance and operations for seamless project execution.
• Travel to client sites, industry events and project locations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• Strong business acumen; experience in entrepreneurship, e‑commerce or small‑business operations is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking, independent work and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in building a career in the commercial and industrial energy sector.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
