Customer Engagement Platform Manager

About the role

The Customer Engagement Platform Manager will own and evolve Johnson & Johnson's field‑facing engagement platforms, linking face‑to‑face and digital interactions to create a seamless customer experience. This high‑visibility position works closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive a critical CRM transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, adoption, and continuous improvement of existing and next‑generation engagement platforms.
• Set best‑practice standards and champion change across teams and functions.
