Creative Director

About the role

The Creative Director will act as the creative engine for SLICKHAIR, shaping the brand’s global visual output and storytelling across every physical and digital touchpoint. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day design execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the global visual identity across all channels, upholding brand guidelines, tone and creative direction.
• Ensure visual consistency for digital, retail, social, eCommerce, packaging, PR and campaign assets.
• Work directly with retailers and wholesale partners to adapt creative assets to their specifications while preserving brand integrity.
• Ideate, design and produce creative assets for digital, social, email, website, OOH, retail, events and PR.
• Create final artwork files ready for print and production, and develop product packaging and new‑product concepts.
• Produce 3D product renders and mock‑ups for launches, presentations and marketing use.
• Collaborate with developers and eCommerce teams on website design and UX improvements.
• Contribute creative input throughout the product development stage‑gate process, from naming to launch.
• Partner with the Head of Brand & Marketing, social and eCommerce teams on launch strategies and creative roll‑outs.
• Present concepts and campaign rationale internally through polished creative decks and participate in long‑term brand strategy discussions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on creative leader who enjoys both strategic planning and executing design work.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with a track record of maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
• Experience collaborating with retail, eCommerce, product development and marketing teams.
• Comfort presenting concepts to senior leadership and adapting assets for diverse market requirements.
• Passion for the beauty and personal‑care sector and an eye for cultural relevance.
