Coordinator, Health, Safety & Wellbeing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. Working in a hybrid environment, you will support the delivery of HSW and environmental initiatives across our ANZ operations, helping to build a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSW and environmental processes within the Business Management System (BMS) and related platforms.
• Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance BMS processes and ensure consistent application.
• Conduct internal audits, compliance monitoring, reporting and assurance activities for HSW and environmental management.
• Maintain and improve safety, compliance and operational efficiency of the company vehicle fleet, including analysis and reporting of fleet performance data.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE Management Systems to drive high performance.
• Prepare professional reports, documentation and safety communications.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote a proactive health, safety and wellbeing culture across the organisation.
