Construction Site Supervisor – New Build Commercial Projects

About the role

ADCO is expanding its commercial portfolio in Melbourne and is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to support the Site Manager. You will help ensure safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of new‑build projects, adhering to ADCO’s standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and understand project documents, specifications and drawings.
• Ensure subcontractor management plans meet safety, quality, methodology and resourcing requirements.
• Facilitate site set‑up, maintenance and day‑to‑day coordination in line with project plans.
• Implement and monitor the short‑term look‑ahead program.
• Manage subcontractor performance and site works to achieve defect‑free handover.
• Compile quality documentation from subcontractors and ensure all deliverables are ready for practical completion.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar supervisory role on large building projects.
• Completed 3–4 new‑build commercial projects up to $200 million.
• Trade background and/or relevant qualification.
• Demonstrated industrial relations experience and ability to drive strong site performance.
