Construction Manager – Civil & Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of service station, civil infrastructure and residential housing projects across Brisbane. The role involves overseeing all construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely completion while managing diverse stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Lead delivery across service stations, civil construction, and residential housing projects.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain strong safety and compliance standards across all sites.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal management teams.
• Review construction programmes and manage resource allocation.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Experience in civil construction, commercial developments, and residential housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Proven experience managing construction teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of WHS requirements and construction compliance.
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Current driver’s licence.
