About the role

Ramsay Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join the experienced team at Warringal Private Hospital. You will deliver specialised medication management across the dispensary and hospital wards, ensuring patient‑centred care and medication safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑practice pharmacy services and optimise medication management for in‑patients.
• Educate clinical staff and counsel patients on appropriate medication use.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical pharmacy services.
• Participate in ward rounds, clinical trials, and oncology pharmacy initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• High level of computer literacy and familiarity with dispensing software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hospital environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing software.
