Cleaner – School Facilities

About the role

Kapinara Primary School is building a pool of cleaners to support its facilities throughout the 2026 school year and into Term 2 of 2027. Positions may be permanent or fixed‑term and can be full‑time or part‑time, depending on the school’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform internal cleaning tasks such as carpet and hard‑floor maintenance, toilet sanitation, dusting, rubbish removal, and window cleaning.
• Maintain furniture, fittings, and other interior surfaces to a high standard.
• Carry out external duties including cleaning verandas, covered areas, drinking troughs, and removal of cobwebs.
• Assist the Cleaner‑In‑Charge with any additional cleaning duties as required.

Required profile

• Demonstrates initiative and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Motivated, reliable, and attentive to detail.
