Casual Merchandiser – Toowoomba (Wed‑Fri)

About the role

Location: Toowoomba, QLD – out in the market, bring our iconic brands to life. This casual role runs Wednesday to Friday (12‑18 hours per week) with the possibility of extra hours during peak periods. An unrestricted driver’s licence and your own vehicle are required as travel is a core part of the job.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Nestlé across the grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & independents).
• Build and maintain in‑store displays, secure shelf space and ensure standout execution.
• Partner with store managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan while remaining flexible for extra hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of daily activities, supported by the Territory Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Hands‑on approach – comfortable lifting, moving and building displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights.
• Live locally and enjoy working independently on the road.
• Organised, safety‑focused and motivated to deliver strong results.
