Casual Merchandiser – Sydney CBD (12‑18 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s team as a Casual Merchandiser in Sydney CBD, working 12‑18 hours per week across the grocery channel. This part‑time role offers hands‑on experience representing iconic brands in‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to Coles, Woolworths and independent stores to represent Nestlé.
• Build and maintain product displays, secure shelf space and ensure standout in‑store execution.
• Partner with store managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan with the opportunity to work extra hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of daily activities, supported by the Territory Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Hands‑on approach – comfortable lifting, moving and building displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights.
• Live within the local area and enjoy working independently on the road.
• Organised, safety‑focused and motivated to deliver strong results.
